About HerbaLog
We document reported traditional uses and map them to identifiable research and safety information. Community submissions and outcome ratings are treated as anecdotal reports, not clinical evidence.
Most records are plant-based, but traditional practices may also draw from fungi (mushrooms, moulds), animal products (fish oils, bee propolis, collagen), marine and insect extracts, minerals, and environmental sources. We apply the same identity, evidence, safety, conflict-of-interest, and publication requirements to every source type. Read our evidence and publication standards.
