Avocado Seed Tea Herbal

Traditional preparation of avocado (Persea americana) seed reported to support blood pressure management. Bioactive compounds include potassium-rich polyphenols which may contribute to vasodilatory effects.

Mode of Use: Same preparation as arthritis use: boiled seed chunks as tea, three times daily. Monitor blood pressure regularly. Do not discontinue prescribed antihypertensive medication.
