SEED TEA: Chop dried or fresh avocado seed into small chunks. Boil in 500ml water for 10 minutes. Strain and drink as tea three times daily (morning, midday, evening). ALTERNATIVE: Dry the seed, grind in a blender to a fine powder. Add 1 teaspoon to water, juice, or a smoothie daily. NOTE: Start with small amounts to assess individual tolerance.
